Defective / Damaged Products
We are happy to replace damaged or defective products. Please contact us with images of the product within 7 days of receiving. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue a full refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received and it must be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

We are able to cancel your order without any fees if your request is within 24 hours from the point of placing the order. If more than 24 hours have elapsed, we are unable to issue a refund.
*Cancellations clause does not apply if products have been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mini Projectors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered upon order.
